Registration payment

Complete your registration by submitting the appropriate donation amount for your entries and a photo of your vehicle. Each entry requires a separate registration form and photo, but donations for multiple entries can be submitted as a single donation.

DONATION

The donation amount for your first vehicle is $40. Each additional vehicle is $20. Motorcycles are $20 each.

Donations are handled with Stripe below. If you prefer to pay via check, please make your check payable to Corte Madera Lions and mail it to John Howard, 191 Golden Hind Passage, Corte Madera, CA 94925. 

NOTE: YOU CAN SUBMIT A SINGLE DONATION FOR ALL YOUR ENTRIES (IF MORE THAN ONE) BUT AN APPLICATION FORM IS REQUIRED FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL ENTRY. 

UPLOAD PHOTO

Uploading vehicle photos is done through DropBox. When you click on the button below, it will open DropBox in a new tab where you can upload your vehicle photo. Simply close the tab once complete and return to this page to submit your donation for your entry.
